There are two ways that a associate takes up an assignment for Social Care Associates. Either as an employee paid via PAYE Scheme or as a Locum.
On a PAYE scheme you will receive weekly pay minus your tax and national health contributions, you will also accrue holiday pay after an initial period and receive further benefits after a period of time. Please speak to one of our advisors for more information.
